Bill Patterson has been building and inspecting homes for over 30 years. After graduating from Bowie High School, Bill worked as an electrician learning all aspects of house wiring/home construction. Bill expanded his knowledge in the commercial real estate field by working with the Akridge Management Company in Washington, DC. There he worked trouble shooting and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. He also installed, repaired and inspected plumbing systems. Bill has worked for two independent home inspection companies and has owned and operated his own home inspection company for over 10 years.

Bill is the father of six children. He and his wife home schooled their children from kindergarten through high school. Bill is active in his church, has coached Boys Club football, served as a Cub Scout Pack Leader and Boys Scout Assistant Troop Leader.
